Fiscal year 2021, which ends June 30, 2021 were mailed
on Monday, October 5, 2020.
Your first payment is due 30 days after the date tax bills were mailed at:

Collector's Office

Tolland, MA 01034
By law, the bills were mailed to the owners of
record as of Jan 1, 2020. CHecks should be
made payable to Town of Tolland. Cash or credit cards
can not be accepted at this time.
Any new homeowner or anyone who does
not receive a real estate or personal
property tax bill should contact the
