Conservation Commission Public Hearing Agenda 8/27/2020
Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings August 27, 2020 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) no later than August 26 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS- RDA- Submitted by Jeffrey Bowden of 70 Brook Lane. Applicant seeks to remove a tree in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.

Health Department requested a hearing for: Variance filed by Jeff Gamelli of 125 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to install a septic system within 100 feet of an abutter’s well.
