ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:05 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Ann Skibski, David Spidal,  Patrick Storey,

Review of Minutes – The Nov. 10 minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications – Nothing of great significance.

Outreach Workers Report – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Upcoming Events

Jean will submit an application to the cultural comm. for an Oom-pah band to perform on the green August. 21.

There was a brief discussion of the COA sponsoring a contest next year for the best outdoor Holiday decorations  display.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program 2 rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 24 sent

Yoga – Dave reported that 17 people registered, for 17 sessions, the total individual attendance was 192, an average attendance of 8.7 per session, the range of attendees was from 5 to 12 and the cost was $1650. A full report is attached.

New Business

The Hampden County Sherriff’s Department program “Are you OK” was discussed and generally well received. Pat will get more information about it.
