Call to Order at 9:02 AM

Review of Minutes – The Oct. 13 minutes were unanimously approved

Treasurers Report & Budget Update - Attached

Communications – Some minor memos.

Outreach Workers Report - Attached

Upcoming Events

Zoom Yoga – We will end our program in November, The Newsletter will contain information on how to join Otis’s Zoom Yoga.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 3 rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update 16 this month.

Tax Work-off program – The Selectmen approved the program, subject to approval at a Town Meeting. Dave presented the attached talking points that will form the basis of his presentation to Town Meeting. By a unanimous vote the Board approved the program.

New Business

Annual Report – Has been submitted but there is an internet problem. A copy is attached.

Topics for December Newsletter – Suggested items: Yoga, Broad Band, Rides, Outreach, Food Pantry, Schools & Covid, Tax Work off, Masks, Library, Foot Nurse, Durable Medical Equipment
