ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:07

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Dave Spidal, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski,

Review of Minutes –The Minutes of Nov. 12, 2019 were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was reviewed and approved.

Communications several items were reviewed.

Upcoming Events

The Christmas tree lighting was well attended.

Old Business

Transportation – 2 rides this month.

Birthday Cards – 26 cards sent this month

Outreach Worker – Status Update

Tax Work-off program – We reviewed the documents; Dave will submit to the Selectmen.

Service Provider Reference list for seniors – Ann has the disclaimer from the town attorney. The list will always be a work in progress since it will need continuous updating.

Sand for Seniors – We will review this program next year. We started too late this year.

New Business

Annual Report and Budget to Town. Ruth is preparing the annual report, Dave the budget.

Jan. Mailing. Pat will send the news letter to Southwoods for printing and print the mailing list. Ann will pick up the printing Jan.9 Dave will get more stamps. The stuffing will take place after the Jan 14 meeting.

Other – Ruth will speak with the Selectmen about Porchlights problems in providing services to Tolland Residents.
