Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

HEARINGS Began 3:30- RDA- Submitted by Lands End Drive Property Owners Association, property located at 0 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to remove both dock systems and rebuild within the same footprints. After discussion, the hearing was continued to March 10 to provide time for the applicant to obtain and present information on the Chapter 91 license for the Lands End Association

HEARINGS- Continued from February 27. RDA- Submitted by Lands End Drive Property Owners Association, property located at 0 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to remove both dock systems and rebuild within the same footprints. RDA 2020-01 Unanimous Negative Determination subject to resolution of chapter 91 license: Documentation was available for the original amnesty, but no updates showing changes was presented. Permission given to Association to remove docks (for safety reasons), but rebuilding of the docks is on hold until Chapter 91 is resolved.
- NOI Submitted by Donald Rose, 99 Lakeview Lane. Applicant seeks to reconstruct 100 feet of shore wall and replace dock on Otis Reservoir. Application and drawing submitted by Jeffrey Collingwood of Civil^Arc Designs, Ashley Falls, MA. Unanimous vote for approval WE file # 306-0084 with the following conditions: A temporary dock may be placed in the location of previous dock and then replaced in the winter of 2020/21; Certain portions of the wall may be stabilized now and rebuilt in the winter of 2020/21. Non-native stone is to be removed from lake bottom area and may be used behind wall
