MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  February 24, 2020 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Eric R. Munson, Jr., Patrick Barrett and Steven DellaGiustina via phone

Southwick Tolland Granville Regional School District is considering giving the responsibility of the school buses to LVPC. The Town of Granville requested the presents of the superintendent to attend their Annual Town Meeting regardless of her being scheduled to attend in Tolland. Ted will suggest that she attend in Granville once she is completed in Tolland.

Capital Planning Review – Marcia Bohinc, Senior Project Manager and Zack Blake, Bureau Chief

Board of Selectmen discussed the Green Community Grant. The town will be awarded $126,860.

Board authorized Ed to move forward with the replacement of the grease trap at the PSC.

Held a public hearing to locate a pole to make accommodations for installation of a new solar field. Eric made motion to approve and seconded by Patrick.

Selectboard appointed Nina Green, Wayne Roberts and Ruth Roberts as Election Workers.
