Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

Meeting Opened at 10:00 am

The February Minutes of the Board of Assessors were read and approved.

Three Motor Vehicle Abatements were reviewed, granted and processed.

There was a discussion on how Chapter Land was entered into the Patriot System. Jessica will address this with Patriot Support. The issue is not the chapter value but the market value which would be utilized in calculating roll back taxes.

Jessica asked the Board to consider a protocol for property inspection, whether it be virtual or in person. The subject has been tabled until the next meeting.
