Appeals and Variance Process

Tolland Zoning Appeals and Variance Process and Fees
  1. Obtain and complete Application for Variance or Appeal
  2. Submit completed Application to Town Clerk for Certification of Date and Time of Filing with $225 filing fee with check written to Town of Tolland.
  3. Submit copy of Certified Application and all attachments in duplicate to Board of Appeals.

For a Section 8 Administrative Appeal, submit the Application to the Town Officer who is the subject of the Appeal.
