Joanne Duval discussed the Transfer Station. Jeff is having some difficulties with some permit holders following the rules. A request will be made to the Tolland Police Chief to have an Officer available periodically to help out at the Transfer Station. Joanne will have Jeff, hand out to permit holders a recap of the rules.

Joanne also discussed with the board non-criminal disposition bylaw tickets. Joann stated to the board that the issue with the tickets is not picking out a ticket the issue is the process after the ticket is issued. Such as, even what someone can write on the ticket and what does the Town Clerk do after the ticket is paid of even if the ticket is not paid. The Board of Selectmen will request to meet with the Town Clerk.
