Steadman Cemetery (est. 1754)

Earliest known marker: Samual Steadman I, b. 22 Jan 1754, d. 16 Jan 1759. Grave stones in this cemetery spell Steadman either with or without the "a" [Stedman]

South of Route 57 approx .5 miles east of Tolland Center Cemetery
Earliest known marker: Thomas Hamilton 1763. This cemetery was visited by Benj. Jones of Granville in 1916. He listed 12 graves, but it was reported to him that the cemetery had 75 graves.
Spring Hill orTolland Center Cemetery (est. 1777)

South of Route 57 approx .5 miles east of Tolland Center Cemetery Likely same as W. Granville Rd/SR 57 at Heartland Rd Tolland
Spring Hill which was originally named for Dan Spring or Tolland Center Cemetery, approximately 170 graves. Earliest known marker: Jesse Miller, 20 Aug 1777
Twining Cemetery

Of route 57 approximately 2 miles west of Tolland center on the north side of the road about 600 feet from the road
Earliest known marker: Elizah Twining, 1802.
Babcock Cemetery (est. 1807)

On Blandford Rd., east of Schoolhouse Rd. towards Hall Pond.
Five known graves. Earliest known marker: Walter Babcock, 20 Sep 1807
South Quarter or Granger Cemetery (est. 1832)

38 known graves. Earliest known marker: Alexander Granger, 12 June 1832
Burt Hill Cemetery (est.1843)

Located .8 of a mile north on Burt Hill Rd. from the junction of Colebrook River Rd. on the east side of Burt Hill Rd.
49 known graves. Earliest known marker: Watson Hale, 26 July 1843
Hubbard or "Barnes District" (est. 1843)

We have guessed that this is on the Amos Case Rd., north of what was originally Barnes Mt. which today is called Bubbs Mt.
2 known graves. Earliest known marker: Alanson Hubbard 1855.
Moore Cemetery (est.

NOTES
East of the Tunxis Club on north side of road approximately 700 ft before Schoolhouse Rd.
4 known graves. Earliest known marker: Edward Moore, 17 Jun 1866. It is reported that some or all of these remains were moved to Forest View Cemetery, Winsted, CT.
