Regular Meeting opened by James Deming at 7:00.
Bob McMann representing Mr. Rosen, owner of 339 Beetle Road, Map 116, lot 1, requested a Special Permit for a two story addition plus deck. The existing house is a non-conforming structure on a non-conforming lot. A hearing date was set for the Board’s next meeting, October 15, 2007 at 7:00 pm. Mailings will be sent to abutters, ASAP.
Ellen Freyman, representing Verizon Wireless, discussed temporary changes to existing wireless tower on property owned by Crown Atlantic Company, LLC, Map 403, Lot 31, off East Otis Road, requested a Special Permit to temporarily remove one antenna panel and substitute it with a different antenna, as well as to undertake a reversal of this installation when the new antenna is no longer required. The new antenna is required to allow a neighboring Verizon Wireless antenna installation to be operative while necessary utilities are being installed at that site.
Peter Cirelli of 5 Lakeside Drive, Map 117, Lot 37, applied for Site Plan Approval for a a 4’x16’ addition to an existing kitchen and a 4 foot extension to an existing deck. As all setbacks will be meet, the Site Plan was approved.
Richard Gemme of 282 Skylie Trail, Chester, MA,, representing the owner, Chester Fisher, applied for Site Plan Approval for the demolition of an existing 20’x20’ garage and its replacement by a 24’x30’ garage. Parcel is located at 18 Lands End Drive, Map 101, Lot 30.
This application requires a Variance and was therefore referred to Tolland’s Zoning Board of Appeals.
