Septic Inspections
Beware of Title 5 inspectors who offer to arrange a repair" Insist on getting a list of contractors to do the repair.
If one is not provided by your inspector consult this page or
call the Health Agent for a list of approved installers.
Ground water determinations are made using Soil Evaluations. If the septic inspector is not a soil evaluator, a soil evaluator will have to be provided by the inspector. Soil Evaluation Form 11 Soil Log should be included in the report.
