February 27, 2007 Meeting Minutes
Commission members present:
Larry Hurd Chairman, Dave Pickardt, Valerie Nickerson
Others present:
Steve DellaGiustina, Mark LeVasseur, Marc Volk, Loren Clark, Dick Putzinger, Mr and Mrs Messenger, Anthony Zaharias
Discussion:
Colebrook River Rd Property owned by Eastern Development Corp, represented by M. Volk, and M. LeVasseur from Foresight Land Services. Project includes driveways crossing intermittent streams, and BVW’s. Project with move forward with a negative determination. L. Hurd will prepare the Order of Conditions.
Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Steve Della Giustina
Project includes digging piers in the buffer zone of the bank of Cranberry Pond. A Negative determination decision was made. Appropriate erosion controls was ordered.
This project will move forward.
