When You Must Use a Contractor
The Massachusetts Building Code establishes specific situations where contractors must be used when building or renovating.
Links are now available on the Building Inspector Page under Frequently Asked Questions and Forms. The requirements will also appear in the Applicant's Guide to the Planning Process which will be available after January 1, 2006.
