Conservation Commission Inspection
In order to assist you in complying with the Massachusetts Wetlands protection Act, the Tolland Conservation Commission will perform a site inspection and notify you whether or not you will be required to file a "Notice of Intent" for your project.
This is one of the FIRST things you should do as the process could take up to a couple of months if a Notice of Intent is required.
Please clearly mark your lot number at the road and have the driveway, house and septic system clearly marked.
