Property Look Up Instructions
Tolland Parcel and Street Property Information
on the Massachusetts website is updated upon the
Annual Certification
of the Town of Tolland
by the
Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
2. Select “Public Access to Real Property Parcel Information” on Tolland page.
If you know the Map and Lot of the property enter the information in the space provided.
- Do not use any spaces or decimal points.
- Be sure to use a “0” wherever there is no other digit.
If you do not know the Map and Lot of a parcel, you may enter the property address or part of the property address.
Example:
You could find Town Hall at either 241 West or 241 West Granville.
To retrieve all the parcels for a street enter just the street name without a number.
Tip: It is our experience that it is always best to not add the word “Road” or “Street” to the search. Just use the name of the street.
